there as far as what you need to do, how long you need to do it, and how frequently it should be done. Here at Define, this equation is solely based on one thing - you and your own goals. Every athlete will have their own personalized program that is tailored to suit your individual needs.

From the Sport to the Elite level of training, each and every athlete at Define is addressed with specific attention to detail regarding their desired outcomes. We understand that everyone is different, and the best way to achieve success is on an individualized plan.

THE DEFINE
PROGRAM

Based on training programs, Define athletes will receive 5-7 day training plans, available each week on Monday.

These individualized plans include structured workouts and directions for scheduled days. Athletes can submit feedback after the completion of workouts, to which the programs can be adjusted accordingly.
