Hey guys. My name is Chris Lauro, the director of Define Athletic Performance. I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who is here to help you along the way of your fitness journey. I have designed the Define programs as safe and effective conditioning plans for athletes of all ages and abilities! Whether you are looking to become a top tier-professional racer, or just want to enhance your local weekend performances, you have come to the right place.
I started this program as a passion project of mine to give back to the sport that I have loved and cherished since I was as young as I can remember, motocross. The sport of racing dirt bikes can be so beneficial for riders of any age, for reasons both on-and-off the track. I believe that the proper education of riding and racing is key to the longevity of riders in the sport, and for the sport as a whole.

I have 15+ years of experience in racing and riding motocross. Since 2018, I have held AMA Pro Racing #334 for competition on the most prestigious stage in professional motocross racing. From racing hare scrambles, to competing at arenacross & supercross venues, I have seen a wide variety of riding disciplines and would love to share with my students what I have been able to learn over the years, especially in the sense of physical conditioning on-and-off the motorcycle.

I have also worked amongst some of the most elite-rider, educational resources in the sport. From top factory riders, to well respected trainers and nutritionists, I have been able to gather a pool of knowledge to share with my students. Additionally, I have trained at renowned riding facilities such as South of the Border MX and Club MX to learn in-depth, proper riding practices.
